Co-managed the conversion of an existing brownstone /rectory into high-end residences in the West village. Completed the Landmarks' drawing set, DOB set and CD set. Managed and reviewed custom millwork shop drawings and specified all fixtures and finishes. Coordinated the presentation drawings and marketing materials for the project branding.
