Renovation of an existing 1950's single family house in Miami Beach, FL. Managed the Interior Design, renovation and landscaping design.

Worked closely with client to design the ideal home for their growing family. Used a delicate and elegant pallet thru-out inspired by the clients sophisticated taste. Focused on clients vision to achieve a peaceful, refined yet warm home. Upgraded finishes, modified the layout, added bedrooms and bathrooms and designed the exterior areas including a lush back yard and pool.
Completed architectural drawings, presentation boards, specified finish materials and selected plumbing fixtures. Managed the construction team, coordinated MEP drawings and design of custom millwork.
